Phase 5 heralds the scaling up phase of HPC's Program and is called "Organic Karnali: Building Community Resilience Through Agroecology". This reflects HPC's aim to provide agroecology demonstration and training throught Karnali Province (10 districts) in line with the Provincial government's aim to create an Organic province, by using permaculture design in implementing agroecology.
